Mr. Canterbury has extensive experience in both business transaction law and litigation including both trial and appellate work in State and Federal courts. More recently he has focused his practice to serve the needs of small and medium-sized companies, professional firms, and non-profits in forming business entities, drafting contracts, and serving as outside general counsel.
